Hi, I’m Nick—though my friends call me Bird. My passion for cooking has been a part of me for as long as I can remember. I grew up in Pacific Beach, San Diego, where my mom owned a company called Cooking for Kids Club, which introduced me to the joy of cooking at a young age and sparked my love for the culinary world.
In 2013, while still in college, I launched my cooking page as a way to document my favorite recipes. Over the last few years, I began sharing the stories behind the food, shining a spotlight on the incredible chefs who inspire me. What started as a small passion project has since evolved into a platform where I showcase healthy recipes, unique dishes, and the meaningful narratives that make cooking truly special.
